At GBW Designs & Decor, each piece is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Due to the custom and handmade nature of many of our products, we kindly ask that you review our policy before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final on the following items:
- Bows
- Wreaths
- Door Hangers
- Porch Leaners
- Digital Downloads
- All Handcrafted Décor
These items are made with care and often customized, so we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Clothing Exchanges
Exchanges are offered on clothing items only. Customers are responsible for reviewing the provided size charts carefully before placing their purchase.
All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the item. Clothing must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with exchanges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped, GBW Designs & Decor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
